At Forsan Foods & Consumer Products Company ltd (Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Rd, As Sulimaniyah, Riyadh 12234, Saudi Arabia) (defined here as ‘Forsan’, ‘We’, ‘Us’ or ‘Our’), we’re devoted to the privacy of our customers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose “personal information” and other “non-personal information” we might gather about you in relation to our game “Restaurant King” or simply “Game” which also includes the associated website. Note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is only limited to information collected through the use of the Game and the associated website. By using the Game, you are agreeing to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may amend the Privacy Policy from time to time, and we encourage you to consult the Privacy Policy regularly for changes.
Information We Collect
When you use the Game (also referred to as an "Application" or "App"), you get access to its online community and tournaments within the Game and you allow us to access certain information about you. The information you allow us to access varies by the feature you use and it is affected by the privacy settings that are established in the Game or on Your mobile device. Users can always refuse to provide personal identification information using settings on their mobile devices. Note that doing this may prevent you from engaging in certain Game related activities.
The basis for collecting data is “legitimate interest” under GDPR (Global Data Protection Regulation) and “to support internal operations of the game” under COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). Any data collected is done solely for internal uses that are reasonably and directly related to your relationship with the US, in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Forsan does not require you to provide personal data that directly identifies you (such as name or email address) when you play the game. We may collect personal data from you (which may include your name or email address) if you contact us, or by using a third-party ID, such as social networking sites or gaming services, subscribing to newsletters, purchasing a product (or using “in-app purchase”).
When you visit our websites or interact with our game, we collect cookies, IP addresses, and usage data such as what level you’ve played and when. If you make a purchase, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by the store, which specializes in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.
There are two types of information we may collect through your use of the Game:
"Personal Information", which is the type of information that specifically identifies you personally and/or can be used alone to contact you online or offline, such as: your full name, email address, telephone number, photograph/avatar, precise geolocation information (i.e., your specific location), game player ID, and, in some cases, usernames.
"Non-Personal Information", which is information that does not identify you and cannot be used to contact you personally, including information about you such as your date of birth, age, ZIP code, non-precise geolocation information (e.g., your city), and gender, as well as information about your computer and mobile device, such as your unique device ID, IDFA, Internet Protocol (IP) address, or other persistent identifiers, and their hardware/software/firmware.
Non-Personal Information also includes "Usage Data", which is anonymous data tied to your computer and/or device, such as the actions you take within and outside of the Websites/Apps, the browser you use, the identity of other Apps included on your device, the date and time of your use of the Websites/Apps, your game progress, playtime, score and achievements, and the URLs you visited and/or Apps you used before and after using our Websites/Apps.
How We Use Your Information
We may use the information collected from you for a variety of purposes, including to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the Game and deliver the information and support you request, including technical notices, security alerts, purchase confirmations, and support and administrative messages;
Personalize the Game and provide advertisements, content, or features that are targeted toward your interests;
